Casual Sales Assistant - Dunedin

The role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Our customers come from all walks of life so you're always meeting someone new! This is a casual position with a minimum of 3 days availability required.

LUSH Dunedin is a supportive and motivated, tight knit team that focuses on maintaining a welcoming, fun atmosphere for both customers and staff. This team is searching for candidates who are friendly, confident, enthusiastic and passionate about making customers' day!  You would be a great fit if you love starting conversations with people, you have genuine curiosity about what people love and can help them shop for products to suit their needs. 

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Stock management including efficiently and safely transporting stock from store rooms to shop floor.
  

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
