We are looking for a customer-focused Store Manager to lead the LUSH Old Bank store!
This is a temporary Parental Leave cover role with availability needed from Tuesday - Saturday.
Store Information
Lush old bank is a busy and faced-paced store environment. To be successful in this role, Ideal candidate must have leadership experience, particularly in leading and motivating a team to succeed. Passion for training and development, a solutions-focused mindset, and a high level of professionalism.
The Role
As a LUSH Store Manager, you are responsible for driving sales, creating a culture of development and ensuring that your store is upholding our strong ethical beliefs and practices. This role is a blend of people, process and sales management. Lush Sylvia Park is seeking a leader with incredible business-building skills, along with strong communication and feedback skills to continue to build on the team's current skill sets and further develop the customer experience.
The successful candidate will lead by example, be passionate about driving sales, and have an excellent ability to maintain policies and procedures. You will also need flexible full-time availability to meet the needs of the business, with regular RDOs on Sunday and Monday.
Core Responsibilities

Motivating, growing and developing staff into a high performance team.

Working with your Trainee Manager and Supervisors to create a strong leadership team in-store.

Driving sales, achieving targets and financial goals.

Contributing to a positive culture where customers are prioritised.

Supporting staff with career development through targeted training, goal setting and regular appraisals.

Training all staff on customer service, company history, product knowledge, and company policy and procedures.

Planning and delivering schedules within set wage budgets.

Maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

Ensuring stock management procedures are adhered to.

Helping to create a fun and dynamic shop atmosphere.

Assisting with other tasks when needed - we work as a team!
